In the State of WA, there are no longer "Real Estate Agents". All agents are now called "Real Estate Brokers". To become a licensed Real Estate Broker you must: be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma/equivalent, successfully complete a 60-hour course in Real Estate Fundamentals and a 30-hour course in Real Estate Practices and pass the state licensing exam.

CENTURY 21 Link Real Estate has partnered with the Rockwell Institute and offers classes at a discount. Rockwell has everything you need to finish your prelicense training. With each Rockwell course, you get: the textbook for the course, unlimited telephone/email support and all documentation/applications required for the state exam. More Rockwell students pass their Washington license exam on their first try than students from any other school.

Rockwell Institute Pass Rate: 91%

All other schools: 66.4%

To register online with the discount visit: or you can choose to register by phone at (800) 221-9347, but must mention that you are with CENTURY 21 Link Real Estate to get the discount.
